Some people in this life are givers, and Len was one of them, looking to help others and contribute to society throughout his life. In his work for Citizen’s Advice he must have helped hundreds if not thousands of people with problems that were too burdensome for them to carry alone. Throughout his life he was active, whether it was in politics or his love for the countryside and his footpath work. I’ve probably missed out a lot of his activities, but above all he was good company with a mischievous sense of humour. I miss him.
